We undertake complete maintenance of your property either flat or independent house or plots in and around Chennai.

Acres7 company undertakes the following maintenance service for the clients for the registered clients through  MSP (Maintenance service package). An initial fee of Rs.3000 is required for any client to become a member of Acres7 MSP. Services provided for the registered MSP members are as follows:

• Collection of rent and depositing it in the MSP(Client's) bank account

• Property Tax payment / Electricity payment (Tax amount will be collected from the MSP member).

• Water tax payment (Tax amount will be collected from the MSP member).

• Sewage tax payment (Tax amount will be collected from the MSP member).

• New tax assessments for new flats/houses. If needed (one time charge of 10% of the assessed tax value will be collected from MSP member).

• Overseeing the tenant activity, Assist MSP member in vacating tenant in case of any dispute with the tenant. Separate charges will be charged for legal and police expenditure on a case to case basis.

• Grass cutting and line marking of empty land of the MSP members ( Charges apply depending on the area size)

• Quarterly report will be submitted to MSP member on overall maintenance of the property.

The below shown charges include all of the above shown services:

• Life term MSP membership fee of Rs.3000

• Monthly service charge of 10 % of the total monthly rent collected

• Locate new tenant (one time payment of 25 % of the monthly rent fee which includes advertising charges & legal tenancy agreement charges)
